The Sea Kayak Tour

November to April: 08h00, 10h30 & 13h00
May to October: 9h00, 11h30 and 14h00
What to bring/Wear:
- windbreaker or fleece (weather dependant)
- and a change of clothes for afterwards.
What to Expect:
On arrival you will be given a short briefing on kayaking techniques, safety and the process of exiting the Old Harbour into Walker Bay.
You will be in constant hearing distance of the highly experienced guide who has radio contact with the Adventure team on land. This is both for safety and for sightings of Southern Right Whales and other marine life in the area.
Throughout the Sea Kayak Tour your guide will impart all sorts of interesting information about the local marine life and Hermanus. The Sea Kayak Tour offers visitors to the town a wonderful, relaxing yet exhilarating alternative experience to all other adventure activities available in the town.
You get to see Hermanus from an entirely different perspective, with fish eye views of the cliffs, the town and the bay!
The Sea Kayaks are all sit on top Kayaks which are extremely easy to balance on, you are provided with all relevant safety equipment and those with minor back problems are provided with a back rest for your comfort.
